Hydrogen Energy has completed detailed technical and economic studies and at the end of July 2008 submitted an Application for Certification (AFC) permit to the California Energy Commission.
Subject to all the necessary permitting approvals and sufficient fiscal policy support, Hydrogen Energy will proceed with a view to plant start-up in 2015.
